Conference Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require participants to withdraw their papers or cancel their registration. The following refund policy will apply:

Withdrawal

On or before 31st October 2026

100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Withdrawal

Between 1st November and 20th November 2026

50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

Withdrawal

After 20th November 2026

No refund will be processed.

Important Notes

All refund requests must be made in writing to the Conference Chair.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference concludes.

Bank or transaction charges, if any, will be borne by the participant.
